What we did?
As part of Orion Innovation’s dedication to elevating sports brand experiences, we worked on enhancing the digital platform for Liverpool FC, a globally renowned football club. Our focus was to blend the thrilling energy of live football with advanced fan engagement and performance-driven design.
Specifically, we transformed the Liverpool FC store’s checkout page by migrating from a traditional to a headless architecture. In my role as a UI/UX designer, I contributed significantly to improving both the speed and user engagement throughout the checkout process.
Summary
Unlike typical service projects, we decided to complete the entire design phase upfront, collaborating closely with every member of the team. Interestingly, except for the Business Analyst, Designer, and QA, the rest of the team was new to the organization.
Despite that, everyone was excited to be part of this project, and the energy was reflected in the outcome — it turned out to be a huge success.
